Hunan Province Water Measurement Information Engineering Technology Research Center relies on Hunan Changde Brand Water Meter Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and is established in conjunction with Hunan University, Hunan University of Arts and Sciences and other universities. It follows the national strategic emerging industry development plan and the national new urbanization plan. It is committed to accelerating the expansion of a new generation of information technology, promoting the construction of smart cities, developing intelligent water affairs, and building intelligent water supply and drainage and sewage treatment systems covering the whole process of water supply. Realize the informatization management and intelligent operation monitoring of urban underground pipe network. The center is an interdisciplinary research institution with school-enterprise cooperation.
